Job Responsibility
- Streamline processes and reduce administrative tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on selling.
- Analyze data to identify trends, improve sales performance, and support 1:1s and Revenue Ops meetings.
- Aid in accurate sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop data-driven strategies, including targeting Mass Tort Law Firms.
- Define and manage sales territories for optimal market coverage.
- Identify skill gaps, develop training programs, listen to calls, score, and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Design and manage incentive programs to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Implement and evaluate sales tools to boost productivity and automate routine tasks to enable focus on relationship-building and closing deals.
- Provide customer insights to tailor sales approaches and establish feedback loops for process improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and set up efficient communication channels within the sales team.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Track leads, manage sales playbooks, and oversee MTD deal sheets.
- Collect data for 1:1s and monitor the 10-10-10 list.
- Promote case studies, update sales collateral, and target partner-side clients.
- Update battle cards, plan webinars, and pull contact lists from HubSpot.
Candidacy Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Operations role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Experience in training and development of sales teams.
- Ability to design and manage incentive programs.
