About Opportunity
As we invest more resources into the cold email marketing team, we’re on a quest for quality at the start of the sales funnel. The importance of a CEM leader is growing. In our high-performance sales team, one of the most critical parts of the funnel is identifying leads and warming them up via email and LinkedIn. We’re counting on this leader to provide the time, effort and resources necessary to take us to the next level. This role will have to wear many hats and become well-versed with managing a team of between 35 and 45 people. He or she will have responsibility for training, onboarding and helping lead researchers progress in their career, and building a new group of BDRs. The Cold Email Marketing Manager will work with individual lead researchers and team leads to help them perform better. He or she will coach them to get better at their day-to-day activities. Together, the manager will work with their lead researchers on trying new approaches and methods, looking for ways to improve the scraping and messaging process. This should quickly lead to better results and improve overall team morale as well as better retention. He or she will assist in building a repeatable and scalable hiring and onboarding process to maximize efficiency and future growth

Job Responsibility
- Manage Cold Email Marketing and BDR team
- Assist with creating the strategy and vision to grow both quality and quantity of leads
- A bridge between lead researching/BDR and the wider organization - HR, Marketing, Sales reps, Customer Success, and Technical team
- Create, manage and improve process
- Responsible for Quality Assurance
- Generate reports for commissions and QA
- Co-Admin leader for CRM/Hubspot
- Run AB experiments
- Assist with hiring lead researchers, lead researcher managers, and BDRs, based primarily on attitude and aptitude
- Assist with training and coaching lead researchers and BDRs.
- Set and meet monthly and quarterly department goals/plans
- Present monthly and quarterly goals/results to sales organization leaders
- Continuous education on the latest cold email marketing tech stack and on email deliverability
Candidacy Requirements
- Strong written and verbal english communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and tracking large data sets
- Solid understanding of database management - HubSpot CRM and internal portal
- Strong track record of meeting deadlines and over performance
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- Self-driven
- Understanding of B2B sales funnel
- Tech savvy and ability to evaluate and utilize new software tools
- Operate in the Karachi, Pakistan facility
